Duck liver parfait with fig chutney


Roast breast of turkey with clementine and fig stuffing and all the trimmings

Slow roast pork belly and crackling, sage mash and chargrilled apples and pears

Fillet of salmon with buttered mash, clams, samphire and champagne sauce

Cranberry, walnut and almond roast with thyme roast potatoes and all the trimmings
